Ours leaks

We recently purchased the washer and dryer. Our dryer takes hours to dry and leaks water from the door onto the floor. We've had the recommended tech come out and even he couldn't figure out why.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfectly Wonderful Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my 17 yr old washer with the Electrolux. I love this washer. I didn't know if I would like the front loader. But that was the best decision I ever made. It is easy to use. I have the pedestals and I do not have to bend over or reach down to get my clothes. The clothes come out perfectly every time. I love the different features for White, Sanitize and 15 minute fast wash (when I am in a hurry and want to wash something fast)
This is a beautiful appliance (too nice for my unfinished basement). I guess it is time to start refinishing my basement.
