Good Dryer. Lacks flexibility. unhelpful manual.

I have been using this dryer for a month and a half now. It seems to be a well-built machine. The one area of disappointment is this. Cycles that use the sensor to determine whether the clothes are dry, often leave clothes just a little damp. this happens especially when the load includes towels. The workarpund would be to run a really short time-dry cycle. But that's where lack of flexibility comes in. The lowest time setting on the time-dry cycle is 15 mins whereas 5 mins would do the trick. Another disappointing area: the user manual is unhelpful. It is written for an industry professional, in small type, not a lay consumer.

electrolux front load washer

we have had this unit for almost two months it has made such a difference in washing the time saved and the money savings are just wonderful . Our old set wqs 16 years old can't believe the difference this has made in everyday living. Thanks for such a great product, along with the front load dryer wow.

Only 2 weeks old and now makes a disturbing sound

My dryer was installed Aug 9th and 2 weeks to the day it began making a fast clicking/ticking sound like a playing card in bicycle spokes the moment the drum starts rotating - very disappointing.
Thankful my awesome retailer is sending someone out to look at it,
disappointed that I now have to re-adjust our schedules to get it looked at.

Hey Amaa, thank you for your recent purchase. I apologize that your dryer is not working properly and certainly understand where your disappointment is coming from. At times there may be a thumping or rolling sound when the dryer starts. This may happen if the dryer has not been in use for a period of time, or after a heavy load has remained in the dryer drum for an extended period, creating a temporary flat spot on the roller.
