Worst machine ever

I bought washer & dryer a year ago. Door collects clothes which fall out upon opening; sheets tumble into a big ball with some not getting dry. A year later dryer instasteam won’t turn off - of course my extended warranty doesn’t get me any help quickly (awaiting call back)
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your experience! Is your extended warranty through the dealer you purchased it from? We would not typically have a hand in the process of third party repairs. We do recommend that if your sheets are tangling up to toss in items like towels, dryer balls, or heavier bedding to help weigh them down. Light sheets tend to move around a lot during spin if they are not held down somehow. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this dryer for 3.5 years. After the first year, we began having issues with loud dryer and not properly drying. I’ve had it serviced 4 times for same reason. It works well for a few months after service then starts again. So frustrating since warranty is up and now I have to pay for the service. I expected a much better product from Electrolux.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
