Easy to use features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall good product but clothing got caught on lint catcher and the plastic is now permanently bent out of shape and clothing has got caught since then and ruined the clothing

Glad we made the switch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have always had top loading washers and wanted something that was better at spinning and getting more water out of the clothes. Very happy with the change and can already tell a huge difference in drying times. Glad I made the switch. We bought the washer and dryer. The only issue initially was that the washer would shut off, but realized it was because it was not level. Once level, no issues. Both are Very quiet.

Very nice appliance but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the washer about 1 month ago. It does a very good job on washing all types of clothing. The way that it pre-mixes the detergent pods before adding to the laundry must help in that regard. Becuse we have soft water, we only use one pod with each large load. One thing I’ve noticed is that water leaks past the soap dispenser. It has been looked at to make sure there isn’t some type of manufacturing defect. However, it may be possible that the pod being mixed with hot water, may cause excessive sudsing and also that it “creates” excessive dampness in and around the dispenser as well. The amount of water that leaks is only about 3 tablespoons worth at the very most, but it’s something I never experienced with any of the Whirlpool washers.

So many options!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer because my old one was almost 20 years old and didn't want to have to buy a new one in a panic. I like this dryer, however the auto dry setting take WAY too long compared to my old dryer. I've learned to just use the timed dry and select the time myself. Aside from that, it's a great appliance!

Electrolux was a brand that we learned had fewer problems and repairs in comparison to some of the much more expensive brands that were unfortunately being pushed hard by consumer report.s. We have been pleased with the functionality and features/cycles so far, and will update this review if we have any problems.

What a great Machine!

The dryer is very quiet, and the steam cycle works great for towels and other clothes for odors and freshness. The 15 minute fast dry works exceptionally well, and, while it seems silly, it has a light!

Excellent - With One Problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer seems to work quite well. But the water valve for the "perfect steam" stuck in the open position, flooding the dryer and laundry room. The valve was replaced under warranty this morning. Everything appears to work correctly now. But I will be a bit leery of the "perfect steam" for a while.
