Beautiful Design - exceptional functions!

love the steam

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have yet to get good drying though. The drum is warped and allowing outside air in. It takes a long time to dry and the steam is liqifying rather than mourturizing the clothes. It has been ordered by the service person.

Dryer works nicely...when operating

We have had this unit roughly for a year. And after having to repair the matching washer, we have now had to repair the dryer for the same issue twice (still awaiting second repair, dryer has been broken for a week and half now...). While the dryer functions fine when operating, we have twice now had issues where the vane/baffle has come "unglued" from the drum and has wreaked all sorts of havoc on the items in the dryer. After thinking we had the problem fixed the first time (also a two week wait to repair), we find that the same problem has resurfaced. We are trying to determine if this is a known issue or if our dryer is defective...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
