No more smelly dog bedding, scratches too easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I bought this (and the paired washer) because it was the only set available where the doors on BOTH units are reversible. We like the "sanitize" feature which really seems to work well. It removed odors from dish rags, kitchen towels, and dog bedding when used together with the sanitize feature. The only complaint we have is how easily the finish scratches. We store laundry baskets on top of ours and even with smooth plastic, dragging the basket scratched the top within minutes of these being installed.

Wrinkled clothes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this product about 3 weeks ago, due to the advertised features I had very high expectations! Unfortunately they have not been met, my clothes come out of this dryer in a wrinkled ball. Disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I hate to hear that you're disappointed with your dryer's wrinkle release feature, Tee123. I recommend making sure that the dryer is not overloaded with clothes & tumble on medium heat. You may also get the best performance if the clothes are removed once the cycle ends. I hope this information is helpful.
