Love the steam!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had a shirt that fell off the hanger and was horribly wrinkled- I put it in the dryer with steam for 10 minutes before I ran out the door and it was like new! Also love the large capacity of the dryer- my large blankets and comforters dry more evenly and don’t get all balled up.

Disappointed and Frustrated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was expecting to love this product. It was expensive and I looked forward to the perfect steam feature. However mine does not work at all. The appliance store blamed the installers who say it is defective. Brand new and broken.
The auto dry feature almost always leaves me with wet waistbands and damp socks. My old dryer which was nearly half the price was much better.

hard to believe
