[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pleased with our purchase of this for a 2nd floor. Doesn't shake the whole house (although we can hear it moving water in/out). My only complaint is that the rubber lining around the door does seem to get settling water & therefore has discolored a bit already. There is also a small "lip" around that rubber ring where the occasional small item will get stuck during the spin cycle (underwear) - this has happened only about a dozen times but it still does happen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Wonderful product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these about 5 weeks ago to put in our new home. I've had front load washer/dryer previous -- I find these to be superior to my previous ones. Easy to use, quiet, and efficient. I like the steam feature.
