Disappointing performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I owned this dryer for less than 2 months, and I've never been more disappointed with a purchase of this magnitude. When drying a load of socks and undershirts, items get stuck on the "shelf" where the lint filter is located. I end up with a wrinkled mess. I constantly have to remove items to ensure proper drying. Also, my sheets end up in a tight ball. I constantly need to untangle and readjust my load. Too much work required to dry my laundry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are terribly sorry to hear that you're experiencing some concerns with your dryer, LA78. An overloaded dryer does not give clothed a smooth tumble thus the clothes become tangled and wrinkled. I would recommend filling the drum of your dryer 1/3 to ½ full. Your clothing items need room to tumble freely for even drying. When drying large items, we suggest drying only two or three at a time. Fill out the load with small and medium sized clothing items. Lastly, I would make sure your dryer is not overloaded as this will also decrease airflow. Having issues with filter

Bought it two weeks ago and several items have gotten tangled with filter. It does not stay flush. Calling company to for a filter change or warranty fix
