Had it for one month and technician had to come out because the piece of plastic attached to drum came off, it seems a towel was caught and pulled it right out..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My clothes have never been this fresh and clean. So glad I bought this unit and don't have to iron much anymore either!!

Great product at affordable cost

I bought this 1 month ago and it has been fantastic experience so far. Drying clothes very effectively. 20 min fast dry cycle is very helpful when quick dry of light load is needed. Very quiet compared to my previous product. The dryer is installed on 2nd floor and the vibrations are very minimal. This also comes with steam option which I have not used so far. The cost is affordable for the quality and features it is offering.
I would recommend this to a friend!
