Great dryer

Love the looks and the easy control panel. There are a lot of options for the drying cycles . Also the capacity is very good and its a very quiet machine.

Trying to get used to it

This and its matching washer were installed about a week ago in my laundry room. My previous 1988 dryer had sensors that made the dryer dry the load for as long as it needed to be dried. I have to select the minutes with this dryer and have had damp loads each time it was finished and had to re-dry the loads. I am clearly not "on to it yet." For such a large bin and for such drying power that it is acclaimed to have, I am surprised that my clothes come out damp from every cycle that I have tried thus far. The 18 minute drying cycle--one of the reasons I bought it--also did not completely dry a modest, lightweight load (no towels or jeans or anything heavy in it). Aesthetically, the dryer and its matching washer are attractive. However, right now, I wish I had my 1988, low-tech dryer. It dried everything completely dry.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horona, I hate to hear your appliance is not drying properly. I would recommend filling the drum of your dryer 1/3 to ½ full. Your clothing items need room to tumble freely for even drying. When drying large items, we suggest drying only two or three at a time. Fill out the load with small and medium-sized clothing items. If my recommendation does not resolve your concern, please give us a call for additional assistance.
