Unreliable - drum jams

I bought this appliance less than a year ago and have had the motor and the electrical panel replaced. The drum jams and will not turn. The control panel sometimes does not engage the dryer. You have to shut it off and try again to get it to. After the drum jammed and we had the motor and electrical panel replaced it worked for an=bout a month before it jammed again. I also have the matching washer and that has been repaired twice due to the spin cycle not getting up to speed - it leaves the clothes soaking wet. We had the electrical panel replaced which did not work. Then it was determined that it was the valves. We waited for replacement parts and the machine worked for a couple months and now it is not getting up to speed again. It seems Electrolux is simply unreliable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very happy with my choice. It's really nice and quiet. I like the different choice of cycle especially the 20 min quick feature. The only thing I would change is the panel is hard to read as words are small.
