I installed the NEW 83A HP cartridge in my printer.
After initialization process completed, attempted to print test page. First print contained a 1/2" streak lengthwise down the page.
Loaded a Word document and printed on page with the same results. 1/2" wide black streak on the page.
Put original cartridge back in and printed page successfully without streak.
Please send new cartridge, Non-defective, to me.
Once I verify quality is acceptable, I will return defective cartridge to you.
