Bought this phone for my wife yesterday as a surprise and she loves it. She loves the new camera features and how well the pictures turn out. And she told me the call quality was really good as well. She thought the phone was going to be too big at first glance, but once she was able to handle it she said that it fits great in her hand. Another great product by a great company....
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight, great call quality, fast
Cons: feels a little too plasticy

Nice looking phone but issues already

I like the big screen. The phone gets hot. It freezes and I can't turn it off. I have to take the battery out. I don't think it is worth the price. I've only had it two months.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations

Poor Design

I brought this S-5 phone less than a week ago. Accidentally dropped my phone this morning and the screen cracked and when black. Phone still powers on, but I can't access any of my information. I owned my old S-3 for years, dropped it several times to include asphalt and never had any issues with screen cracking. Needless to say, I have returned to using my S-3 until I figure out what to do with this piece of junk called the S-5. Not even sure I want to get another one. Currently looking at other companies.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, not durable, cheaply made
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Better Resolution

I upgraded from the S3 to the S5 and the resolution is a noticeable improvement. The camera is much improved and the battery life is a lot longer.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

I have had the phone almost a week and I absolutely LOVE this phone! It is fast and the display is bright, the pictures are clear.

The camera, water durability, display and features are 5 stars.
The camera quality is flawless - the front camera takes 4k video and 16 megapixel pictures. The camera settings are great - everything someone would want to customize when taking pictures. The display is high quality with the pixels absolutely indistinguishable. The settings are highly customizable.
The water resistance of this phone is great - I dropped it in a pool and after an hour of drying it was normal. The water resistance of this phone has saved me potentially hundreds or even thousands of dollars!
