The reason for buying

The reason I purchased the S5 was the dust and water resistance. I am a Handyman in Southeast Texas and sweating is a part of life. Now that i own the S5 the features are making my life and business simpler. The associate the set up my phone said quote: are you ready for your life to change! He was so correct. I am learning a feature EVERYDAY. Great product.

This phone is an amazing addition to samungs S-Line of phones. The colors on the phone are so crisp, and has a wonderful bright display to go along with it. The phones performance is amazing, it plays high end games as smooth as if you were actually playing a console! I love how feature rich the phone is as well, I constantly go to the gym and the air gesture is perfect for switching songs in the middle of a run without having to look down. The heartbeat sensor is also convenient for post-workout heartbeat check. The spotted design for the battery cover looks and feels amazing, slips out your hand less, and has a new looks from the S3 and S4. The camera on the phone is outstanding, anytime I take a photo with it NEVER do I have to worry about a fuzzy picture. The water resistant feature is handy and actually works. The other day I accidentally dropped my phone in the pool, and thanks to Samsung I got it out and it was fine! For the price and all the features you get, its definitely worth every single penny, I recommend this phone to anybody looking for a zippy, high quality, all round amazing phone!!

This is the best phone I have ever owned! All the features on this device are great. The camera takes excellent pictures and videos. The one thing I love about this phone is the battery life. I'm constantly on my phone getting sports updates and doing random thing on my phone, so its great to have a phone that can keep up with my demands. Completely happy with my purchase.

I had the S3 for a year and a half, it did it's purpose, and with all phones, it got slow as the days went on. We switched to another carrier so we could get the S5. This phone is like having Heaven in your hand. The design, features, speed, camera, everything just blows every other phone out of the water. I couldn't be happier with my purchase! I got it at US - CELLULAR and it was worth every penny. I love the water resistant capabilities! I'm on vacation as we speak, and our Hotel has a huge water slide. I took all kinds of "Underwater Slide Selfie" Videos. The photos actually came out really clear underwater. It went underwater with me about 10 times, and every time it worked like a champ! The speaker has outstanding clarity, and gets really loud. What most phones would sound like at full volume, this can do, but with much greater clarity at only about 60% volume. Now to the 16MP camera....Once again, all i can say is Wow! The panoramic feature is so clear, even when zoomed in really close. The 4K video recording capabilities is a great plus. Even on full HD resolution it's outstanding! I could not recommend this phone enough....Go buy yourself one today! I promise you won't regret it!
