The previous 4 phones that I had were more trouble than they were worth. When it was time to select a new phone I chose the Samsung, because I have yet to hear a Samsung customer complain. It has been only 2 months and I never have to worry about if this phone will perform when I am ready to use it. Love It!!!

My first smart phone

Great overall find a new useful feature everyday. With the built in smart remote I now control every TV in my house with my phone.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: flap on charging port

I've own three samsung galaxy phones from the fascinate, S3 and now S5. I never been happier. Thanks samsung.
