No warrenty on flimsy part that fell off in a week now it not water resistant with out the bottom part
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Did not meet expectations

I am very dissatisfied with this phone. I have had many smart phones over the years from many different company's. I have to say that this phone is at the bottom of my list.
To start, I was very excited to get this at first. My mind was quickly changed as I used the phone. I've had this phone for just about 2 months now and I still feel the same way.
Here are my issues with it:
-Locks up multiple times a minute as I am using it. Whether I am on the internet, writing a text, writing an email, playing a game, etc... It is not app specific. When I say locks up, I mean that the phone stops working for a few seconds (5-15 seconds) and I have to wait for it before I can continue. It's almost as if it is "THINKING" or "BUFFERING" and then has to catch up to itself.
-The Power button is in a bad spot. I feel that it should be at the top of the phone.
-The volume buttons are in a bad spot. I feel that it should be at the top of the phone.
-The charging port is in a bad spot. I feel that it should be at the top of the phone.
I can train myself to adjust to the design of the phone, but the phone locking up constantly is extremely unacceptable.

My s5 restarted 3 times, after i bought it not enough 1 month

Touchwiz has a lag when change page to page from home screen
Second of all, it's back speaker is barely loud if used for music perps
Third of all it's water and dust resistants not water and dust proof
Fourth of all it doesn't have a powerful snapdragon processor, it's powerful but not that powerful for daily uses.

BAD COLOR SCHEME , AND CANT REALLY CHANGE IT MUCH, JUST WAY TO BRIGHT, BUT PHONE IS COOL NICE FEATURES,

I have been buying Sansung everything, this phone has the cheapest speaker phone. What went wrong? This is the second one. My galaxy 3 had no issuers.

I LOVE THIS PHONE!! Longest lasting battery ever! If your thinking of getting a new phone get the Samsung Galaxy S5. Would love to get my husband this phone to replace his flip phone. Would love to replace it with the Samsung Galaxy S5. I f I could win him a new one he woud have to take it. This phone is the best phone on the market. Easy to use. Great apps and longest lasting battery EVER. User friendly and simply the best phone there is on the market. Iphone I had before doesnt even compare! GET THIS PHONE if you are thinking about a new one. You will be thrilled!!
