Screen kept breaking

The screen constantly broke at the drop of a hat even with a case. Any time you used an app the phone would heat up to uncomfortable levels. The charge port went out in less than a year. It served its purpose when ever the screen and back light wasn't broken.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fell short

I bought a brand new Galaxy S5 when my little warrior S4 took a dive off of a balcony. It fell short. So, so short. EVERYONE complains about the quality of the sound. Cuts out, in a tunnel, robotic sound. It overheats, won't hold a charge, loaded with bloat, locked out of settings. I thought I would be Samsung for life, but this phone may have been the straw that broke the camel's back.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been a loyal samsung customer. I have all the kitchen appliances, the tv, the dvd/blur ray, sound bar, had the tablet which did not last 2 years and the phone which did not last 3!
From this point I will no longer buy samsung for mobile devices! They just do not last like other phones!
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality, sim card reader just quit random now wont work

My first Samsung smartphone

The S5 was my first Samsung phone. I remember looking up new phones that were out and trying to find what I thought was the best one. The s5's water/dustproof is what made me pick it for my upgrade that year. That phone went through he'll with me and still kept right on going. Thanks Samsung that phone ultimately started my obsession/loyalty to your products.
