Does what it wishes, anytime it wishes!

I was very surprised with this Galaxy 5, from day one. The phone picks and chooses if its going to make a pocket call, open all apps, copy and paste ect, whenever it wants. I have had it back at Best Buy and the Samsung Rep sees me coming towards him no he wishes he could did a hole. In all do respect to him the phone has corrections over and over, set back to default I give up.
When my contract is up in March, maybe a month or two earlier I will be trying the new IPhone 7 and see how it does. I have had 3 other Galaxies and lost confidence in Samsung phones.
Home theatre is another story, AWESOME is all I can say!!

Worst phone battery I've ever dealt with. Not worth cost of phone.

The camera, screen, and speakers are key.

Overall this is a great reliable phone, no complaints except the camera bezel is too exposed leaving it vulnerable to a broken glass if set down too hard on a solid surface.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Inexpensive, Lightweight
Cons: Too big

Confusing app locations

I find it difficult to find apps - they appear at what appears to be random on different screens.
Once found, the apps are sometimes intuitive, but if not, there's no useful instruction. Help screens are minimal, where they appear.
In addition, the display is too hot; this results in short battery life.

I fine S5 to be trouble free and to use to us. Have not had a bad time with the phone
