Great Value For The Money

This 2 year old flagship still performs quite well for today's standards, and even has many features (IR blaster, heart rate monitor, water resistance, etc.) that other phones don't have.
With the 6.0 marshmallow update officially released this phone now gets better battery life and improved performance. In short, this phone is still plenty capable of running practically any app, game, or intensive everyday task.
My only (both minor) gripes are:
Touchwiz UI is kinda bulky and has a lot of bloat ware pre-installed
The fingerprint scanner is kinda a pain to use and is slow compared to those of other phones.

Overall I definitely recommend this phone to anyone looking for a quality phone on a budget.
Pros: Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, great value for most, water resistant, excellent ir blaster, 6.0 matshmallow update
Cons: lackluster fingerprint reader, touchwiz contains a lot of bloatware

Need one ..I live anything Samsung has out...I wish all my appliances and everything technical wad Samsung...using my S5 now...my Samsung laptop is broken. .I broke it and muss the fire out of it.. I need this tablet yall

I love everything about this phone. As a prior iPhone user I can honestly say I'm much more happy with my Samsung. I love how durable it is, the apps available for it, ease of use, there is nothing about it don't like!
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, samsung health app.
Cons: non at all

I've always been a fan of Samsung products. Never even bothered with the other brands because Samsung make products that last easy to use & are reasonably priced.

Excellent Value with all the Features

I purchased the S5 after I saw the specifications for being water resistant in up to one meter of water for 30 minutes. This plus the features, and reduced cost of lets say the S7 let me to purchasing the S5. Two other great features that I wanted was a removable/replaceable battery and expandable memory. I have 64 gigs of extra space but the phone will actually hold up to 128, so I know I will never run out of memory while taking pictures or video. I am older, so the larger screen on the phone is very helpful while texting and reading emails. The keyboard is also easier for me to use since it is a touch bigger, yes the pun was intended.
Great phone, great features, with a great value.
