I have fun with my phone, hoping to get the s7 yes. Love my phone.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: very expensive

Wonderfully laid out. Great internal memory. 4 lte super fast. Fast processor, can have so many things going on at once. Overall a really great phone.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight

Better than my s3

The battery life is better than my s3. The SOUND quality is aweful. I can hardly hear people and if I put on the speaker or use a headset the sound gets choppy or there is an echo.. It does freeze up on occasion, a few times the camera hasn't worked, and I had to uninstall 1/2 my apps in order to do a OS upgrade. But, overall it does what I need. The sound quality is frustrating.
Pros: Durable, Lightweight
Cons: poor sound quality

I went from s5 to s6 to s5.. I kinda like the s6 better. S5 seems to have to be cleaned more often and not as sturdy. I love Samsung products. I'd really like to try out the s7. I never liked the iphone. The s5 speaker is not as good as s6. I have trouble with the speaker and so does my bf.

I have had the Galaxy S5 for about a year and a half now and I feel that it is a great phone. To start with, the display is absolutely amazing. Something that could have been improved is the camera. The auto focus seems to be a little off most of the time, and it is difficult to get pictures that are not blurry. Also there is a fair bit of noise in low light pictures. I also would have liked to see a better front facing camera. Something else that I have noticed is that the device can be VERY sluggish at times, which can be quite annoying (coming from an S5 on android 5.0. Verizon phones STILL have not gotten the android 6.0 update..). Also, the device can get very warm to the touch. Not painfully hot, but quite hot for a smartphone. Some other good things that I like about it is the fingerprint reader. Although it is not nearly as accurate as the S6 and S7's, I find it to be quite nice. I also appreciate the ability to remove the battery, and add SD cards. Another feature I like is that the device charges quite a bit faster than average. While it does not charge nearly as fast as the S6, the charging speed is quite fast and I was surprised by it. A final thing that I would like to add is that the headphones that the phone comes with are far better than headphones that come with many other smartphones and I enjoy using them while listening to music or making a phone call.
Overall, if you cannot afford the Galaxy S6 or S7, the S5 is still a solid smartphone and with Android 6.0, more features and better performance and battery life is sure to come.

This is a great phone

I love my gs5 I love all the features on it. Even though I am still learning how to use the phone I will continue buying Samsung products
