Compared to the S4 it's better. But still has the same heating flaws the S4 had. Which apparently all samsung products have.
Pros: Inexpensive
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I enjoy Samsung products and the S5 lives up to the value and features I expect from Samsung.
This is a great phone with many features. I especially love the quality of the pictures.
I compare my features with that of my friends and family and they always want me to take the photos as they state "your camera takes the best photos."
I will remain a loyal Samsung customer.

I've only had this phone for a week, but I'm already loving it. I love the water/dust/drop resistance. There aren't too many changes from my old S4. Pretty user friendly.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: difficult to find wireless charging accessories

My Samsung Galaxy S5 is a great phone. It does everything I need it to do and much much more. The things this phone can do are crazy it amazes me and my friends, it even amazes my friends with the Galaxy S6 because this phone does more than the 6. I just love how it is water resistant. There are features on this phone that I think should be brought back to the newer phones like usb 3.0 it chargers so much faster than 2.0. Just everything about the phone is awesome and I love it so much, thanks for making an amazing phone

I'm very pleased with the phone. I also own Samsung S4 which my wife loves, when I offered to update her S4 she refused that how much she likes.

It has all the bells and whistles I need to do what I want wherever I am. Makes life easier and I can get what I need done quickly.

Cons: cover for charging port was gone quickly.
