The phone was acting up and deleting my contacts apps and saved information. Would freeze and shut down on me.
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations

switched from iPhone. big learning curve. just loaded android 6 and it seems to be much better. I do love being about to switch batteries and add memory which you can't do on iPhones.

This product has a great camera.

I bought this certified pre-owned Samsung Galaxy S5 because of the camera, and I cannot say enough good things about it. It is my first smartphone, and I found it easy to use. When I did have a question, the answer was readily available.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, great camera, ease of use, practical case

I love Samsung but this product has been the worst phone ever ....constent freezing and drag....It has frozen so many times during important calls that I couldnt answer ...I literally had to pull the battery out.
I considered going to competitor.
I love the features if I could use them with woth out the freeze.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations

I love all the options this phone has, waterproof, sd card, great camera, removable battery. I take this this phone to the amusement park and not have to worry about water rides when everyone else is worried about getting their phone wet grabbing for sandwichbags, and not enjoying life. I take this phone right into the pool, and not worry about kids getting me wet.
Life is to short to worry about a phone. Samsung takes care of you making life easier.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, reliable
Cons: small door on charge port.
