This is the best phone I have ever had. I'm on my mom's pain still and she's like your phone is coming up do you want to get a new one. My answer was no, I love this phone. Any one I talk to about phones I'm like you should get this you will fall in love with it.

S5 still kicking

When I made the switch from a fruit brand to Samsung I went with the s5 . At first I wasn't so sure I made the right choice, but before long I was blown away. This phone acted more like a pc than a phone aND it's durability and water resistant design was amazing. Battery life lasted all day while friends I phones needed constant charging .
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, water resistant
Cons: the charging port cover was awful

Maybe I néed a newer model

I used to love this phone. I make it a point not to download apps so it doesn't slow down but as of late, it's slowed way down. Many apps tend to freeze.
I've also had a problem charging the phone, charges super slow, and keeping it charged, battery dies super quick. Keep in mind this is a refurbished phone. I already returned on refurbished phone for similar issues.
I'd call again in hopes of getting yet another phone but I hate setting it up. Having the ability to save contact on the SD Card, the Sim Card, the Google account, the Samsung acct and the phone itself has really messed up my contacts. Whenever I'd reset the phone if always lose contacts, so now I save them on every Avenue offered. That's caused contact to show up on my phone up to 10 times. And though I lost contacts, texts were never lost. Why not offer a similar systems for contacts, whatever it is.
I've offered feedback but it seems to always fall on deaf ears. As soon as I can afford it, I think I'm switching to another phone.
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
