Features are Great but it freezes all the time while in the middle of doing things. Sometimes when using apps and a call comes in, I am unable to answer my call. The screen just freezes and I can't do anything, not even power down or restart. I have to wait a few minutes before it'll let me do anything.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable
Cons: Did not meet expectations, freezes
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really love the galaxy s5. It's one of the best phone I have ever used.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: super amoled burn ins

All is good about the phone. The disadvantage is the tech stuff is outdated. I am going to get the new G7. The G5 can be upgraded for wireless charging but cases for it are hard to find. Also my G5 only has 16mb and I found I need at least 32. The battery is good, but just depends on how much you use the phone to how long the power lasts. With the G-5 you have the advantage of changing batteries. I did have a problem with the charging port. Had to get an other one because it would not charge any longer.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight

I love the layout of the screens and how you can customize them. The features on the S5 are a great step up from the S4.

GR8 Phone with GR8 Features

I've had this phone since February 2016 and I must say that I have had no problems learning how to use it.
I'm 65 and not tech savy at all, but I couldn't believe how easy it was to navigate the features.
I am so satisfied that I decided to upgrade to this, that my wife has to pull me off of it so I can go to bed.

I never looked at the tour provided. I just started pushing buttons and loaded what apps I use regularly and have been in touch since walking out of the store. Even my grandkids (who aren't in school ) have figured out how to use this phone. We just love it.

Features and performance is okay up to 3 stars. Delays when calling, lags with simple multiple tasks. Goes idle before opening applications. Hard to navigate tools to do minor adjustments or changing settings. Camera delays long time before taking a picture even with the lowest resolution possible; therefore missing precious moments and ending with blurred pictures.
Cons: Poor quality
