I don't use the phone more than a couple of times a day. Because of this I find it difficult to use and understand many of its features.
The volume button is in the wrong place for me. Every time I remove it to use I inadvertently turn the volume down. I do the same when taking photos.
I am sure if I used it hourly I would get to know how to use it.

Cons: charger cord difficult to use.

This phone is one if not the best that I have ever owned. I truly enjoyed the Samsung Galaxy s3. this phone Samsung galaxyS5 is even better. love the features and the performance. I like the way this phone was prepared, it is so much better than my iphone I use to have! It takes amazing pictures and I would definitely get another Samsung for my next phone! I would recommend this phone to friends and family!
