Samsung has the best quality in all products.theSamsung galixy S5 is easy to use ,great cleairety easy to read screen,takes fantastic photos.i would recommend this phone to every one i know

Major Problems with Galaxy S5

My first Galaxy S5 had major problems, not able hear caller, only received a half a ring when someone
called my phone, when taking a picture, had to exit camera mood and go back into camera take another picture. Recently the phone kept freezing up, was not able to use any keys or power button, had to remove the battery and put it back in then turn on phone and phone would work for awhile and freeze up again. I was sent a replacement Galaxy S5, a week ago, so far its been working. The Galaxy S3 i had before the S5 was so much better.
