I recently traded in my iPhone 5c for the Galaxy S5 and I am very happy with my decision. I love the multi-tasking window. My only issue is group texting and emojis. Maybe I'm doing something wrong but when I try to send a group text it doesn't send properly which causes a lot of mixup. And I can't put emojis in my contacts. Thankfully these are not deal breakers. Overall great phone.
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: low battery life, group texting unavailable, no emojis in contacts

After being a Samsung galaxy fan,I'm so fustrated with this phone.I returned it after two weeks of purchase for poor speaker performance. And then again about a month later.force closing on all apps,removes my wall paper. Camera is great!love it! Make a galaxy 7 with external memory slot. Thanks

I have had my new Samsung galaxy S5 for several weeks. I like the size of the display and the functionality, but the Internet connection is inconsistent and the battery power does not last as long as the 3 year old Motorola I had previously. I expected better than this.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: Did not meet expectations, poor internet connectivity and short battery life.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The Samsung S5 is remarkably user friendly for my generation. Features are intuitive and allow the user to manipulate the phone's features to advantage. This is a significant improvement over previous models. I also like the fact that the battery is removable. This allows continued use of the phone when recharging is not convenient.

This is the fastest phone i have ever had, and it has expandable memory and removable
battery, it takes great photo's and video's, the battery life is not bad.
