The Samsung Galaxy S-5 is like the BMW of phones.
The proformance is great right out of the box. Simple setup, ease of use throughout the menus.
love the phone, and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new phone.

GREAT till last OS Update

This phone was great. The last update pushed out has made my phone basically unusable due to it overheating, and continued crashing. NOT happy with the last update at all.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: overheats easily
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is the best phone I have had ever. Great coverage every thing worked perfectly.
Just one caveat, until Samsung can assure me they have fixed Lollipop,
I will not put it on my phone. Lollipop killed my battery and over heated the phone.
Other than that I love this phone.

I think the phone is a very good product, it has very easy to use features and performs well overall compared to phones I had in the past. I'm not a huge fan of how quickly my battery runs out but it's not a deal breaker.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color
Cons: battery runs out

The only problem I have may not be with the phone it self but with my carrier. I have problems with the data connection is it's not available when and where I need it. Also the phone does freeze every now and again. Also the cover to the charging port is to flimsy and breaks easy. This makes it hard to keep the devise water resistant.
Pros: Bright display, Lightweight
Cons: flimsy charger cover
