This is really the best phone I have owned so far.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, many accessories, easy to use size

Hands down best phone I've ever owned. I hardly use my tablet anymore because of this phone. Fast, smart, expandable, reliable. I don't know what other words I can use to describe this phone.

Hit and miss features.

Fingerprint security is a joke. Worked exactly ONCE in the month I owned it.
Dragging finger to letters is much less effective than typing. It never gets the word right.
Keyboard is superior in size and easier to use than iPhone.
Bluetooth works easily. Screen is great. Have not been able to group apps to save battery, so it can drain fast, at times.
Hard to use some apps.
Gmail works well, but have difficulty with some downloads and attachments.

The phone could use a little more color and more visual effects to the toning of how the whole phone looks. Also it needs more RAM, the phone is powerful but needs more than just a simple chip set. It needs to be more powerful. Something that makes every other phone cheesy. I should have gotten the Note 4 when I had the chance.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Lightweight, great on battery power
Cons: Poor quality, Not high def, Did not meet expectations, ram is to low need more ram
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this phone for the S Health feature. Continually this app keeps freezing up...daily, sometimes two or three times a day. Drops the tracking feature on workouts. Doing a phone reset doesn't work longer than a few hours. Phone reception is so-so, maybe due to being in a rural setting. Just an average phone otherwise for the money Samsung is asking. If you are looking for health tracking, look elswhere

Cons: Did not meet expectations, apps needs improvement
