I was tossing up this and the Iphone 6 plus. So glad I went with this. I have a guy I work with that has the 6... It's the same screen size as this. Apple claimed it was bigger than any other phone out there. Infact his is slightly smaller. It's fast. Takes GREAT pics and amazing video. So glad with my choice. The fact that it was water proof also lead me to buy it. I have a Lifeproof case so it makes it even better.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this phone mainly because of the camera. The display is over saturated, purposely, so while the photos look great in the phone, when it transposes to the computer, or ordering prints, it doesn't look anything like it does in the display. The low light photos are very grainy, and if I use the flash, it's almost blinding.
The design is clumsy, and since I already own an Ipad, I would have to purchase similar apps through the google play store. I have not had any success with my itunes music.
Podcasts are also a disappointment, as the downloads continuously fail.
It is not user friendly, and I'm tired of going to Android central, as there are too many unanswered questions that I have to search for.

Pros: good battery life in power saving mode
Cons: Did not meet expectations

Went from the S2 to the S5 big difference. I'm enjoying the change. I like that it's water proof to a degree. Like that you can add additional screens or tiles not sure proper name. Samsung makes a great product

4k recording while outdoors is really great for outdoors activities and water resistant is an incredible phone!

What an awesome gadget.....So far the best cellphone....I mean am picky and picked it over iphone 5 & 6. Am glad I didn't go for apple product and recommended many other of my friend about S5 features and its advantage(few of them bought it and still thanking me=). Great phone!!!

Best cell phone that i have in my life

This phone make me trust in Samsung again. I almost change to iphone, because i have bad experience with Galaxy S3. But Galaxy S5 is awesome, very fast and very easy to use. Camera is very nice and clear, the wifi is tremendous. If a Galaxy S6 is on the way i will buy it.
The only thing that i check is that you have to kill apps and release memory because it get a little slow, but that's it. I charge the battery at night and last all day. Thanks for this phone

This phone is great! Love the features and design, I love the jellybean launching program too. I recommend this over the ios system anyday. I love samsung! Can't wait to see what they do next!
