Great phone - Ignore Elite Reviews

I read many of the mainstream reviews on tech websites saying Samsung is starting to miss the mark. They love the hardware, but hate the software. Honestly, you won't care unless you're one of these elite people who love the tech for the tech sake. For a consumer, this phone is great and everything you need. I've run customer OSes on my previous phones and have no plans with this one. The performance of the phone is excellent. I think the only thing I'm not a fan of is that they offer this in a 16GB model. Yes, you can expand it with an SD card, but 32GB should've been the only option. Other than that, don't hesitate unless you own an S4. In which case, wait.
I'd comment on the specific features of the phone, the finger print scanner, heart rate monitor, camera, CPU, etc but they all work perfectly and are overkill for most consumers. :) ENJOY

I initially got excited about the camera, and the water resistance. I have since grown to love the rest of the features. I am looking forward to getting the accessories and enhancing the already great experience of having this masterpiece.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable
Cons: doesn't connect to my ps3

Best Samsung phone to date

I'm still learning a lot of the features of this phone, but thus far, it's been great. Battery life trumps other phones I, or friends have had. It's very feature rich and the processor handles them well. My only issue is my exchange server email loses connection and I get a sign in error message. It seems to log right back in thereafter. Just more of a nuisance than anything. Other than that, great phone!

Great phone except for one item

The one item is the charging door, very bad design. The door broke off already only after about 3 Months

Cons: charging door cover breaks easily, sound could be better

Love this phone!

This phone is so amazing! This is my second Galaxy phone and my fourth Galaxy product. It is obvious that Samsung has put so much thought into every aspect of the design and the features are extremely intuitive. Plus the battery life is incredible! I can use it all day and not run out of battery. It also automatically syncs with my Galaxy Tab, so for example I can start reading a Kindle book on my phone and then later on pick up from the same spot on my tablet. It does this for many apps and it makes it more like I have one big network instead of a bunch of individual devices. I couldn't be happier about this phone. If I had any criticism it would be that for me the power button is in an awkward spot and it keeps turning on when I put it in my pocket, but that may be because I am left-handed.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, fast processor, long battery life, intuitive features, syncs with galaxy tablets
Cons: side buttons in awkward places
