Good phone but has some shortcomings.

I've had my GS5 since June and it's a good phone, however there are some things I would change or add.
Add an option to use hands free calling etc when screen is locked without having to unlock the screen when wearing Bluetooth. I know it has car mode, but I don't like car mode.
Apps and features take too long to load for me. Making me click the button a second time sometimes and accidentally triggering the button on the next page to activate. Same goes for surfing the web. Even on wifi it doesn't load very fast at times.
The volume control when listening to media is annoying when it warns me every time that listening to music at high volumes is bad for you. There may be a way to deactivate that but I couldn't find it. There is also no way to disable the auto lock when listening to music except by using the developer options setting but that only works if it's plugged into a power source.
There are plenty of good things about the phone as well. Great screen and video playback. Water resistant. The look and feel of the phone. The samsung apps. Too many to list. I would by another one but I hope samsung changes and adds some things like I mentioned.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, big screen, nice look and feel, camera, battery life

I've had many android phones before, and they each had their quirks. None ever ran as smoothly as the ones in the ads did. This phone delivers! Super fast and super bright, it amazes me how Samsung was able to pack so much into this device. I'll be buying Samsung from now on.

Best phone I've ever owned

Samsung S5 is the only phone I've owned that I don't have to reset everyour few days. Performance is peak, battery lasts all day playing games, surfing, chatting ect. Only reason I gave the features a 4 is cause the heart rate monitor is a little glitchy. Doesn't always record properly and I personally think wireless charging should have been built in. Otherwise. Best phone ever. Nothing comes close. Keep up the great work Samsung and it'll be the only thing I buy
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight, fast at loading all processes, built in pedometer/health features, clean crisp display, cool camera features/quality and remote control, battery life, details to things you don't think about, all small features screen sizing for 1 hand ect
Cons: heart rate monitor is glitchy, qi wireless charging not built in
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great phone but a little disappointed

I'm quite a selfies person & I love taking tons of pics. The back camera for the phone is great however the front camera doesn't seem to have as great quality as the back camera. I like having my selfies seem hd & professional looking, not a little pixelated & looking like any average phone selfie. But overall the phone is amazing & very helpful. With a fix of the front camera then I would consider this phone perfect!
Pros: Bright display, Durable
Cons: Not high def, Too big, Did not meet expectations

I love this phone. I use my phone for business and the Galaxy S 5 does everything I need effortlessly. A pleasure to use.

I am mainly happy with my phone & the features that it has...my only problem is that it tells me my battery is overheated if I'm on it for very long at a time...other than that I'm happy with it.
Pros: Bright display, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight
Cons: battery get overheated to often
