For the most part I love this phone. It has great sound. Love the app selection. Love how big the screen is. The camera is amazing. The crop feature is also very nice. You can crop a tiny corner of a picture and it looks normal. Love the waterproof feature except that the charger hole cover broke off and I don't think it would work now.
Over all great phone. I'd buy it again if I needed to

The Galaxy S5 is everything I wanted it to be. The camera is amazing, the battery life, though starting to wear down, is awesome, just overall an impressive phone.
Pros: Lightweight, awesome camera, ultra power saving
Cons: usb charging port became loose very quickly

Great phone. Its helpful. Still learning how to do my phone though im not that high tech yet. But I love that I can take pictures search on the internet all while being on the phone.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Lightweight

The phone really does come close to perfection. Where it falls short is in switching DOWN from its lightning fast 4G LTE speed back to its 3G speed -- which basically will not happen. My S4 is on the Sprint network. I find 4G LTE is spotty throughout the NYC/NJ area. It's rarely above 2 or 3 bars in most places, though this is usually more than sufficient for great service. HOWEVER.. if you get a thousand feet outside of that area into what would be a fine 3G area the phone WILL NOT automatically "downswitch" into 3G (YES.. I tried the AUTOMATIC setting, and I also tried the LTE/CDMA setting already). I was finding myself driving around WITH ABSOLUTELY NO SIGNAL! So, until Sprint finally supersaturates my region with 4G LTE signal, I have manually set the phone to CDMA only (3G) when I am on the road and I manually turn on WiFi when I am at work or home (and even use WiFi dialing -- works pretty well!). I just wish They could fix the issue of downswitching. After reading a number of blogs, I can see I am not alone with this issue. Also.. already experienced water damage issues with the S5 while it was in my shirt pocket while I never experienced such issues with my S4. Don't tout the S5 as so water resistant when it really isn't! Bottom line, treat it with the same respect you would any other smartphone: it can and will be destroyed by moisture!
Pros: Bright display, Realistic color
Cons: not as water resistant as touted!

This is an amazing phone. It's light weight. Not too big or too small. Picture and video quality are amazing. Serves all my technical needs and it's fast. I can't seem to keep away from this product. Definitely will recommend this phone to friends. I rate 100 over 100

This is the best phone I've ever had. I haven't experienced any issues with it yet. This also happens to be my very first Samsung product and it has not disappointed. Samsung has come a long way since its start in 1938. All of the products have made our lives so much easier. Thanks Samsung, for the phone and the experience!
