I love this phone. I tend to use it instead on my tablet and sometimes my computer. Onay knock is speaker is on the back so sound goes away from you. Not major.
Pros: Built-in speakers, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight

I have had a lot of phones but this phone is unbelievable so many features and so easy to use
Pros: Durable, Lightweight
Cons: i find it hard to open the charging flap

This is the most dependable smart phone I've had. It's got the durability of the ruggedized non smart phones with the professional apeal. The phone is very responsive and I've had zero issues with it. Great job Samsung.

I love my Galaxy. Ease of use, combined with great performance. I went from a Galaxy S3 to the i- phone 5, but changed back to the Galaxy S5 in, just a few months. So very happy to be back with Samsung.. They just know how to deliver a great product.

This phone gives me directions based on my appointments based on my reminders. It reminds me where I parked the car, and tracks all my packages. It reminds me of all my favorite TV shows and what time they come on. It is a pedometer, tracking my steps and reccommending work outs for me.
I love this phone... will never leave Samsung.

New to smart phones

Overall, I like my phone, but I kept losing my 4g connection and had to keep restoring. Then I would have to reset all my wi fi passwords. Pain in the neck. Finally took it to a store and they told me it has happened alot. They pulled the sim card and it seems to have corrected the problem for now.
Surprised at how often I have to recharge the battery. I make sure I am closing any apps when done.
