This phone has been my favorite yet

I have owned this phonew for one and a half years. It has been the most versatile one yet. I like the options of the newer galaxy models but still prefer the water, dust & other resistant features the s5 offers.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight
Cons: at&t ota updates. best options are custom roms.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Remote, external memory, ect . It's like having a computer in your pocket.
Pros: Bright display, Built-in speakers, Durable, Lightweight, fast
Cons: need a better battery life

I luv my S5

I've had a s3 and an s6 went backwards to an s5 luved them all..I receive the same great durability efficiency and reliability as with all the galaxies.my only concern is the battery mine tends to overheat and when running a split screen and a few apps it will blow thru the battery in a couple hrs but I love my phone I can live with those issues for now really wanting #7 I think they are working on my issues already.
Pros: Realistic color, Bright display, Durable, Lightweight, user friendly, excellent camera

The phone does everything well. I inserted my cricket Sim card and the phone worked fone, no problems. Great camera.

I really love the phone but it requires a lot of updates. There is so much that I need to learn about the phone. Great phone love it. It is fun better than IPHONE

It was fine but had to be replaced 2 times in 12 months have S6 now

It was fine for a cell phone a bit pricey for a phone I had to replace 2 times in 1 year. The 1st phone was ok for about 11 months then was replaced. The second phone lasted 3 more months. The third time I replaced it with an S6. Hopefully my luck with be better. My last phone lasted 3 years before a chose an upgrade. WAAAYYYYYYY tooo much bloat where. I had entirely too many things that just slowed the phone down and killed the battery.
Pros: i loked my color choice
Cons: Poor quality, Did not meet expectations, too expensive

Overall basics are average-to-good! One grind I have is microSD card compatibility issues.
I miss being able to choose to keep screen active, or turn off lock screen, while charging - but this is still only a minor bonus to be missed.
Performance is getting only 3star from me because the overheating issue is a concern, and there doesn't seem to be a tidy way to close programs out completely without a clean-up app.
Design gets only 3star because - while you should never drop your device, sometimes life happens - i have dropped mine maybe 3x, from less than 3ft height (this thing is QUITE sleek and slippery!) and the damage to the shell makes it look worse for wear. Not everyone can afford the $$ high-dollar protective cases for the phones right after purchasing the phone...
