This product helps me keep up with my dr. Appointments, prescription refills and social media updates without having to script my eyes. I can read everything. And my pics are excellent. My sound is awesome. For years I've had a old flip phone, I'm old school yes. But my daughter talked me into getting this phone and I'm so glad she did. I love it. Thank you Samsung.

What can I say about the best? I know that now the Galaxy S6 is out but I love my S5. This is the 1st Samsung product I've owned, and I have to say that I'm hooked for life! I would have a very difficult time going back to any other phone. My 1st comment is about the pictures this phone takes, I have 1 word, stunning! And I haven't even begun to use all the features, there's so many. Then there's the speed for data, astounding, it's faster than my laptop, sometimes even when I'm on 4G LTE, I know sounds impossible but it is, at least sometimes and almost always on wifi. Now I don't own a high end laptop but it's pretty nice. I did a speed test yesterday on wifi, I got 26mbps download and 6mbps upload! I know people that don't even get that on their home computers! And the style is pretty sexy, I went with a blue one, so pretty. Now my carrier isn't AT&T even though that's the network that it was made for, but I bought it unlocked to use for my Cricket Wireless service which is AT&T's pre-paid service in my area and they don't carry the blue S5 and it works great, very happy. Oh yeah and you should see the beautiful quality screen, so crisp and clear! I can even watch full HD videos 1080 on my phone, amazing! I bought a 64gb Samsung micro SD card with it and I haven't even begun to use that space! I've owned several smart phones before and I feel like I've finally moved to graduate school, now I have the best and I don't ever want to go back to the rest! Thank you Samsung for making such a advanced and gorgeous phone!

Dummy with a Smart Phone

Being new to smart phones made this device difficult to figure out. There definitely should be a manual to help with the main items, as well as to get you going. I needed to try and do the simplest things. I could not even figure out how to download apps!
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable

It's hard to find an economical case for it. But I did find a couple that I liked.

I really like the phone but it wasn't all that I thought it would be. At times it is slow and hard to navigate with all the many preloaded apps.

I was an iPhone person for years until last October when I switched to Samsung. Always had issues with my iPhone. That is the main reason I switche. Now I I will always be a Samsung girl. I love my galaxy s5 would trade it for anything.
