Great monitor, lousy support

I have a pair of the 43' monitors and damaged one myself. THIS IS A COMPLAINT ABOUT PHILIPS CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND NOT ABOUT THE MONITORS WHICH PERFORM VERY WELL. I have tried at various times to get support from Philips without success starting in August 2019. I was not looking for Philips to pay for it as it was my fault, I just needed to find someone to service it. Philips finally responded by telling me in April 2020 that I was out of warranty and that they could not help me. April is when it went out of warranty and I had been trying to get help from the previous August! They passed me off to a third party who has never responded to the emails sent. I have tried with Philips to ask who services their products after warranty has expired and all I got back was an answer from a script (?), " I am sorry sir, Philips does not support its products after the warranty has expired." I even tried posting my complaint on their Facebook page but it was deleted within 5 minutes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Screen won't turn on for more than few seconds

After a year of usage, without any reason, it suddenly blanks out after it being on for 3 seconds.. if I disconnect monitor and reconnect, it works again for 3 seconds and blanks out again
