We needed to replace one of our alarms because it had completed its life span. The support center was very helpful in helping me pick the one we needed. It arrived in only a few days and we are now protected again.

Works Well but Came with Old Batteries

Easy to install. High quality. Smoke detector works well, but it's over-sensitive. It goes off every time I make toast or cook. In addition, the batteries that come with it died within 2 weeks. No big deal, but this is life-saving equipment.

Thank you for our order. I am sorry that I had to stop your check but the information on my list of checks said that amount it said to be a Detective Agency I don't know why but it should have been settled by now. So far so good.
