Good bag. Not so much on the straps

This bag has a very nice look. It has good organization. Even has a sort of hidden zippered section for important documents, etc. However, my strap hooks got worn out and bent so far that one day the bag fell off my shoulders when I was walking into my office building. Unfortunately, I found that the corner of my Macbook had been damaged. I presumed it would have been protected adequately but found out to my dismay that the padding in the laptop section wasn't enough to withstand a 3-4 foot fall. I've found a piece of padding that fits the laptop section and am now looking for a better strap to replace the broken one.
Pros: Easy To Access Items, Good Capacity, Stylish
Cons: scratches easily, Weak strap hooks
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
