Love it, only complaint pleather material cracking already

The only issue I have is a construction issue. The pleather material making up the trim, already it is showing cracks and some tears with peeling after just a few months of use - on the bottom piping, bottom layer, and on handles - all heavy use areas. The other materials are holding up fine and I get so many compliments. I can use it as a brief case for books and files, laptop case with enough space for my planner and cords, or just an on the go bag. It stays standing up when I set it down most of the time, making it easy to take into meetings while still providing easy access.
Pros: Adequate Capacity, Attractive, Lightweight
Cons: Flimsy Construction

Nice looks, poor quality

I purchased 2 of these and one failed within 3 months, the other within 6. Similar to other reviewers, the shoulder strap on the first one tore where it was sewn on to the bag, rendering it useless. On the second one, the interior lining tore where it was stitched to the top of the bag. Neither bag was used to carry a laptop or anything heavy - just a phone, wallet, keys and a mini tablet. I have bought many Samsonite bags over the years and these were not up to the usual standard of quality.
Pros: Easy To Access Items, Easy To Carry, Lightweight, Stylish
Cons: Poor Quality, Tears Easily, Weak Seams

I used it to carry a notebook, a folder, a tablet and other utensils on a trip to New York. The zippers are easy to use and multiple pockets are nice. The bag can hold a 13" macbook pro, but I worry that the handle would wear fast. It was somewhat uncomfortable strapping it on my shoulder. I wish the length was adjustable.

This is a very nice bag. The handles are comfortable - just the right size. Classy - nice colour. While using there is only one thing missing - a laptop sleeve. However it has a nice laptop sleeve it is still missing.
