Spectacular!

We purchased when we were building our new house. It’s beautiful and spacious. Loads of room for our family of four. The spill resistant shelves are a must have and make life with little people a lot easier for clean ups. We had a few issues with the LED lights (three have needed replacing in under 4 years) but the retailer covered the repairs no questions asked.

Garbage

I bought this fridge almost one and half year ago. Get five year warranty. But it’s not good fridge after six month it’s temperature get worse sometimes very up and my all things were waist. Also now it’s water and ice are not working almost a year but warranty is garbage because they came to fix that but always says part will get order but never came back. I always call them to replace or but they saying they will fix soon. So very bad experience

Clean design, roomy interior

I'm hoping this one will be fine for a long time. So far so good, because the previous one had issues from day one. Kitchenaid stands behind their products.

Long wait

Bought this fridge for our new custom build home. So far we've been waiting 21 months for it and we're just informed we probably won't receive it until October 2022. Now we will be moving into a home with no option but to wait as cabinets are built to the fridge. Also kitchenaid told me it's due to being a built in. They aren't producing them as often. This would have been great information 21 months ago.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
