Broke down after 15 months

No support for repairs. Transferred from department till I get someone that knew anything about that unit. Referred to 3 local independent service centers. All had bad reviews. It is a piece of junk. Do not buy

Kiss the dry cleaner goodbye!!

Very sturdy, beautiful finish and sleek appearance. Easy to read, intuitive control panel.
My first loads were items that I had ready to take to the dry cleaners, sport coat, suit, dress shirts, slacks and a sweater.
My sport coat and suit came out perfectly! Crisp and refreshed with ZERO wrinkles!! WOW!!
Shirts were totally wrinkled, but thought I’d give it a try. Came out very wearable, most all wrinkles gone!
Pressing my slacks worked great, wrinkles gone, nice straight crease, cool!
Wool sweater, wrinkled and needing a “refresh” after wearing. It came out smelling fresh and ready to wear.

Makes life easier!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have been using my LG Styler for about 2.5 weeks and LOVE IT! The refresh cycle removed wrinkles and odors. The pants presser sharpened creases and de-wrinkled.
We have used the sanitary cycle for our clothing, our bedding and our granddaughter's toys. It also was very easy to sanitize all of our pillows. Our wool hats and scarves were put through the gentle dry cycle which also worked on our raincoats and boots on a rainy day.
I have particularly enjoyed the delay cycle which gets things ready to go in the morning. It has been a time saver and money saver from the dry cleaners. The water and disposal tank is very easy to manipulate and additional applications are available from my smart phone. Very happy with the product, its features and performance!

Incredibly Convenient!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I never thought I'd ever "need" one of these, so I was skeptical at first, but I am so glad I have it! Dry cleaning was always a pain, and it always seemed that when I needed something cleaned or even pressed, it was at the last minute. Being able to quickly refresh my sport coats as well as a dress shirt (at the same time no less) has proven to be a huge time and money saver. I can wear a jacket or suit all day, run it through the refresh cycle, and it comes out smelling fresh and wrinkle free, ready to wear again. My wife has thoroughly appreciated being able to sanitize / clean my kids stuffed animals, hats, wool blankets, as well as her own clothing that typically requires dry cleaning.
I use the refresh mode the most. This uses steam and constant shaking of the clothes on the hanger rack to release the wrinkles and smell clean again...especially useful if I've been in a cigar bar or something with clients! A quick cycle only takes 20 minutes, so I've even been able to do it before work in the morning.
As mentioned above, my wife has been all about the sanitize mode. This takes longer...usually an hour and a half or so...but after the first few times "testing" it out, she's fallen in love with it and seems to be almost looking for items to clean.
We've not had a need for the overnight heavy duty mode yet, but I'm sure we will soon enough with 4 kids!
One of the best things that I was a little concerned with is the water. I'm used to appliances like this requiring distilled water, so I had bought a few gallons ahead of time in anticipation. But upon reading through the manual, it said NOT to use distilled water and instead use clean tap water. This may not sound like a big deal, but as someone who uses distilled water for other devices on a daily basis, I was thrilled that I wouldn't find myself in that unfortunately situation of needing to use the Styler for a big day only to realize that we were out of distilled water.
I must say, too, that it is a really sophisticated looking appliance. I would love to have it in our laundry room or master bedroom, but alas, we didn't have an outlet available where we wanted to place it, so it is located in the garage right by the inside door.
Setting it up was a breeze. The only challenging part is making sure that it was properly leveled. I'm a bit of a perfectionist about things like this, so it took me about 30 minutes to do, but the rest was a piece of cake. I really do recommend reading through the manual, though, as I was surprised to find that they had very clear recommendations as to which cycles to use for different material types.
All in all, we're stoked about the Styler and are glad we have it. It seemed like a luxury at first, but it has quickly become something that saves us a lot of the one thing I can't buy -- time. I highly recommend for anyone looking to add more time back in their life, especially for those wearing wool suits / coats on a daily basis...it will pay for itself very quickly.

Less trips to the Dry Cleaner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the LG Styler for several weeks. It does an excellent job at refreshing silk and other delicate blouses. It steam creases slacks. It does best with wool slacks. Heavy cotton ones are a challenge. Sweaters come out nice when placed on the included shelf. It is very stylish! It almost looks like a piece of furniture! It could be placed in a closet and one would think it was a cabinet!

Easy to use LG Styler saves time and money

Best results:
-Winter Coats / Jackets / Blazers - came out feeling new
-Pants - when hanging came out without wrinkles
-Lightly worn button down shirts
-Hats
-Wool and Cashmere Sweaters

Mediocre Results:
-Pants in the crease care system - couldn't get it right, always came out with a misplaced crease

I got the best results with winter coats and jackets that came out feeling new. I also got great results with pants, but just by hanging them, not by using the crease care system.

Amazing product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this last month and it is the most amazing product/appliance. This saves you time and money so you don't need to go to the cleaners. I can steam all of my clothes and hats, etc and your laundry finishes in less time than the washer/dryer and your clothes come out clean and pressed.
