i have owned this unit for 16 months. it needs servicing and none of the lg service centers will look at it

Terrible experience

First of all, I bought a washer and dryer not this item. Dryer was defective and took LG 3 1/2 months to replace. Total incompetence.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using the styler for nearly a year and totally satisfied with this. It steams, reduce odor, and sanitizes clothes. Both my husband and I feel this is one of the best purchase we made last year. Everyday when we come home, we use the sanitize mode and before we go out, if we need to iron something, we just use the refresh mode. I used most of the programs and they all work great. I highly recommend this product!

Broke down after 15 months

No support for repairs. Transferred from department till I get someone that knew anything about that unit. Referred to 3 local independent service centers. All had bad reviews. It is a piece of junk. Do not buy

Bought unit two weeks ago. We were excited with high expectations after demonstration in store. It did not remove wrinkles from clothing. There are extra cycles you can download but you need an Android smart phone to update your machine which we only have iphones (this was not specified in description) so we cannot test machine to the fullest. We cannot recommend and are sending back machine.

Love it! No more ironing!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I hate to iron, and it was costly using dry cleaning for my husband's dress shirts. So I took the plunge. I'm happy I did. I can wash dress shirts and hang them to finish in the styler, they come out perfect. Also love the pants press, pants look great and creased perfectly. But it turns out I use it daily, not just for dress clothes but everything, like folded t-shirts out of the drawer . I also love to warm throws amd blankets in it for snuggling on the couch, and I also enjoy warming my bath towels in it. Oh its such a treat to hang your jacket for a quick warm up before ypu go outside. If you live somewhere that rains a lot, it nice to hang your wet jackets and dry and freshen them when you get home.
It really is convenient. Just last week my husband was attending a black tie wedding and was concerned that he didn't have time to drop off his tuxedo the cleaners but thats when I reminded him "we have the Styler! so your all set". We just sat there and smiled. It's awesome. One thing I would add is the ability to make custom cycles on the App.

Just put it on the floor, plug it and start using it. Have refreshed / sanitized my whole winter clothing. Good bye to Dry Cleaning folks who were cleaning my pocket more than my clothes !!! Well Done LG
