Leaves marks on clothes

Hi, my husband and I bought this dryer a little less than a month ago. We were so excited about the large capacity consider we are a family of 6. We dryer about 10 loads unit so far. Not overfilling it. Twice we've received marks on our clothing items. The marks ruined the fabric and match the holes from the back of the dryer. Not sure what's going on....so frustrated and sad it ruined my daughters favorite blanket. Can you fix this?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Crazy Good, and gives pleasant chimes...

This baby’s a beast. It drys thoroughly. Like its washer counterpart, the more laundry in there the better. You get more value for your Benjamins when you use it at full capacity.
It has that steam feature, which we don’t really use but it’s nice to have.
It calls for you when it’s done...those pleasant chimes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first Maytag appliance, and I was first introduced to it through a recent article in Consumer Reports. I like having a durable machine and I especially like that it's made in the U.S.A. One of the deciding factors was the u-shaped lint trap on this model. It uses gravity to catch the lint, so very little if any lint gets past the filter into the dryer or the vent pipe. So far, it has proven to be a very good investment on my part. With my old dryer, I had come to dread doing laundry because it would either under- or over-dry my clothes. Now, the clothes are dried properly the first time.

Large and effective, but loud

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Clothes dry very well and accordingly to chosen settings. The large size reduces wrinkling of the large loads of clothes compared to my smaller dryer. The moisture sensor works well for selected levels. The motor sound levels are exceptionally loud. I expected the unit to be quieter because Consumer Reports rated the noise level as "Excellent". I would rate it below average since it is still exceptionally loud from the bedroom, with a foyer and two solid walls between them. We had to switch the door swing sides and it is outrageous to have to pay for the covers of the open holes that the original hinges were set in.

We love this dryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our old dryer died and we begrudgingly had to buy a new one. We went to Sears looking for a standard 7.0 cu. ft. Capacity dryer, but the salesman showed us th floor model of this behemoth 9.2 cu. ft. Model. He gave us a good deal on it and we brought it home. Boy, are we glad that we did. The features are terrific--the extra tumble after the cycle concludes keeps the clothes from getting wrinkled if you don't take them out immediately, and the steam feature dewrinkles cotton shirts. The capacity is enormous, large enough for our king size comforter--no more taking it to the local laundry because our dryer was too small. We are very happy with this dryer and expect to have it for many years.

HUUUUGE!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer does and incredible job. It is very quiet and I love the stream refresh feature. The sanitize feature is also great for bath towels. I had the hardest time getting mildew smells out of my towels with my old ancient dryer--but no longer! I actually dried TWO comforters with NO problem and they came out perfectly. I look forward to having no more trips to the laundromat to do my oversize items. The lint screen is very easy to clean and traps very fine particles. Something cool: the LED interior light can be turned on to check on clothes without opening the dryer and it looks really mesmerizing in the dark! (Please don't judge me for standing in a dark laundry room!)

Still new, happy so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this dryer a month ago, as my Maytag dryer that was passed down to me from my parents (previously owned by my grandparents) of 34 years stopped working. (I really just wanted to fix the old one but it was more than just a heating element needed.)
Majority of my clothes I hang dry, however this is the first time I can wash and dry my bulky bedding which I love. There are way more options than I will ever use, but this dryer was the only steel drum option and that was a non-negotiable for me. So far works great for what I need but I've only used the dryer 4-5 times in its first month.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few months back and I love that when the clothes are dry, it stops. Our old machine, if you ran it for 60 minutes but the clothes were dry at 35, it would go the whole 60 minutes.
