This rack does exactly what it is supposed to do! It gives you another layer so that you can double the surface area and get all that air circulating around your food.
I did switch the layers half way during the cooking cycle, which made for even cooking because I noticed one layer was browning up more than the other. Once I did that, everything came out evenly!
I haven't used the kabob skewers YET, but I know I'll get around to it. I'm just having too much fun with other things!
Pros: doubles the surface area of your food.
Cons: you have to switch the layers mid-cycle.

I haven't used this for kabobs yet only as a second layer shelf for cooking. It's great to have frozen fish fillets on this layer and fries below on basket layer. I need two sets of tongs to get it out of the airfryer. Wish it had a fold down handle for grabbing it out.
Pros: nice extra layer for cooking
Cons: difficult to remove from fryer

Great for cooking souvlaki and skewered meats. But the height from the rack to where the skewers rest is not high enough.
