Works good, but poor upgrade capabilities

First the laptop works fine for general use, such as using Word, Excel, the Internet, games. I was very disappointed as to the difficulty of taking the case apart to try to install some upgrades. Found a YouTube video which pointed me in the right direction. Could not add an M.2 SSD drive as I would have to remove the 1TB HDD first. I was going to upgrade the wireless, but only one antenna. Very disappointing. Buyer understand what you are buying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
