Up and running within seconds. The answer to all my USB problems. My lady needed to do an important report and needed to use a USB key. No problem, StarTech worked like a dream.

Very slow!

This card's USB 3.0 port transmits data slower than PC's USB 2.0 port.

There are a lot of factors that could be affecting the speed you are seeing when using this card, such as;
- The model of your laptop and if has Gen 1 or Gen 2 ExpressCard/PCIe slots.
- If you are using the best and most up to date drivers for this card and chipset of your PC.
- Up to date BIOS.
Other factors can affect speeds as well depending on your setup.
