Bootloop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this phone since last March. My phone crashes or overheats every once in a while, therefore I can't give it five stars. All my friends that owned a G4 have moved on by now as their phones has died via bootloop. I'm still hanging on until my phone suffers the same fate.

it has a factory defect!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think that he really have a factory defect in motherboard,Cause one day he lay in bed, I took it, turned it on, but it doesn't work, he just passed out and does not turn on anymore...All my data, photos, videos, documents gone...

Unhappy about the lack of updates for this phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] All other models have been updated to 6.0 and beyond but this phone stays not updated and therefore issues like poor battery life and running hot are not fixed. The likely reason is that the hardware itself will brick if updated or until they find a workaround which last update was June 2015.

Piece of junk. The phone went into a bootloop. I can't get any of my data or contacts off of it. Won't by another LG ANYTHING!!!!!

bootloop problem

a few days after i bought it new, i ran into an issue where the phone boots up and ask for password and repeat endlessly.

The battery life is HORRIBLE!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this phone in February and at first it was a decent phone. It would freeze up here or there. It would overheat a lot. But the worst thing is the battery life. If you're not using the phone at all it's a great phone. But for someone who uses their phone a lot I don't recommend it. The phone dies WHILE IT'S ON THE CHARGER if you are using it. I have never had this problem before.

Got caught by the bootloop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm not a big user of my phone. A few text messages a few phone calls and some pictures. Mostly a storage cabinet for my contacts. The phone worked great then it decided to shut down and now it is caught it what I've been told is a "bootloop". Now I can't get any of my contact info or pictures off of the phone. Took it back to the cellular company that I have the phone thru and basically got told "Sorry, you're F'd". Thanks LG. Read up on the bootloop issue and this has been a known issue for years. Thanks for letting me know, LG. Piece of junk. Won't buy any LG products and I'm in the market for a new TV.
