[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer will work fine for most casual, sport or gym clothes. I wish it had more drying temperatures. It's hard to work with delicates or other non-standard clothing using this dryer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this because my old dryer's drum and motor were shot. So far, I have yet to find any cycle that will dry a load the first time through. I have finally just started using the timed cycle for the longest available time at high temperature and it still takes at least 2 cycles (sometimes 3) to get the clothes dry!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi Lyllie, we apologize for the problem with the Dryer not drying correctly. We would advise to check the air vents going to the exhaust, as this may be part of the preformance problem with the Dryer. We would also suggest checking your outside exhaust, as this may have a blockage as well. If the problem persists, We ask that you email us at Whirlpool_Digital@Whirlpool.com with the model and serial number as well as your contact information.
