Disappointing Performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] One load takes (2) 70 minute cycles to dry one load of laundry. This is disappointing, but the poor performance may be the result of a clogged exhaust vent in the wall that needs to be cleaned. I leave final judgment when this is done.
